Reservation Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be made through emails.
In the event of cancellations, once a booking is
confirmed an E-Commerce processing fee of 10%
deposit plus a $100 cancellation fee will be imposed.
The rest of deposit may be refunded if notification is received: (i)
31+ days
prior to check-in: fully refunded; (ii) 22+ days prior to check-in:
two-third refunded; (iii) 14+ days prior to check-in: one-third refunded;
(iv) No refund for cancellations with less than 14
days notice.
A no-show will be charged the full amount. |
